Hi, I have checked my MikTeX files, and I see that the isomath package is probably already there (there are directories \source, \doc]latex, \tex\latex, tmp\packages, doc\latex\isomath, all in c:\Program Files\MikTeX 2.0 ). I also have the access to the \mathbf fonts from the level of LyX.
