Thanks to Sven Hoexter´s Debian package I was able to switch from 1.4.5 to
1.5.3 without any problems.
I had this small inconvenience already with the older version and thought it
might have been gone in the new one. It is, however, not gone.
If I go to navigate > list of figures, I get the fig
I use bibstyle geralpha for the german version of a book. I thought alpha

I use the Latin Modern family for my document. The pdf output shows the T
(capital) shorter then the rest of the capitals of the alphabet. It is ok for
Latin Modern Sans and Latin Modern typewriter.
It is also ok for bold and italic.
What might be the cause of it?

I try to locate some references in my document by using the package backref. I
do, however, get only
pages (actually Seiten, since it is a german document)
behind the reference, no page number. What do I do wrong? I inserted

I used mk4ht oolatex (under Debian) to convert a file a.tex into a .swx file
(openoffice).
I do, however, get ? instead of the references.
What I did:
exported from a.lyx to plain latex a.tex
I ran three times
latex a
I ran
mk4ht oolatex a
I get a.sxw without references.
do I have to do so

(the _ are in Lyx the rectangular laying brack

in using powerdot under lyx.
am I missing a package in the preamble?
