Not simply. The font of size used is the same as section (for article,
report) or chapter (for books).
What kind of change would you like to
I'm making a report and I'm using subsection titles (without numbers). If
I use section titles I get huge (IMO) titles. The bibliography title is
also huge. I'm just making "standard" (for us) reports with 1" margins
all around.

While writing an equation in math mode, I simply type
\dot y
to enter a 'y' with a dot over it. Similarily,
