I made Lyx find texlive 2011 binaries, by runnning it from the command
prompt. Nonetheless, the problem is still there:

No Liviu, it does. I have it working in MikTeX. But I couldn't get it
to work in Ubuntu Natty. I'll keep looking tomorrow. In the meantime,
