Good morning-
Just wanted to send you a heads-up in case you haven't seen it. There's a
DVI up right now on eBay.

Thanks for the advice!!! I'll tear into it this week and see what I can
find. Unfortunately my soldering iron conked out a while back and I haven't
gotten a replacement yet, so the repair might take me a while.

Anything in particular I can do to fix a flickering display? It's just

I think I'm ok info-wise. I just have an eBay alert set up for M100 stuff

I wonder what's included on these DVDs? Specifically if there's anything
not publicly available elsewhere. Anyone have any experience with this
seller or item?

FWIW Teeny.exe seemed to finish its thing just fine and DeskLink popped up
inside the cmd console window. The only indicator that anything went
haywire was that message on the M100 itself.
That said... I like the idea of running DOS that way. I've got a lot of

Hi all-
So... recent discussions here inspired me to put Teeny on my 'new' M100 and
DL on my Win XP laptop. I had previously used Teeny on my first M100 with
DLPlus on Linux, with no problems at all. This was my first time using the
Teeny.exe package on the PC, though, and (to my knowledge) the
Awesome suggestions all around! I'll have to bring them to my programming

now we're pushing 7K. 樂 We're apparently getting paid by the KLOC.
Ah. I see where you're headed with that now. I like that. Remainders
aren't verboten, though. :-) But at the same time that could be a neat
feature to incorporate especially on the 'easy' or 'medium' difficulty

I wasn't even thinking of those newfangled Selectrics... I figure those

lines of the manual (literal) carriage return crowd.

Very cool - quick question though. At 15:05 (thereabouts)... what's the
'shorting plug' he talks about on the modem cable? I don't have a modem
cable but I've not seen reference to that before in the documentation.
Just curious. I've heard of shorting plugs in an audio context but not
sure what

Fun ideas! My daughter has a Frozen book that has tiny code squares of some

he passed away. And you can see that all the pixels are good when you turn
the contrast up. Plus the fact that it doesn't beep when you blindly drop
it in to BASIC... it's as though there's just nothing going on behind the
