If you have the program dvd remaster, it allows you to extract just
the audio track from a dvd, so you don't have to extract the whole
movie, then pull the sound out of that. It works pretty well. It
isn't real cheap, but for it's feature set, it's well worth the 60 or
so bucks they're as
That's kind of hard for some, but possible for others. Hmmm.

I used handbreak to rip the dve in to the approprate language then mpeg stream
clip to extract the audio.

I have Mpeg STream Clip. I am able to get to the main track, but not the
languages. How do I do that so I can get the movie playing with the right
track to export?
Also, what are the unlabeled buttons? I can sort of figure out the Play
button, but not sure. I want to lable them if I can.

It's a shame, because I'd be happy to buy the movies if they had audio
description from the iTunes store. Instead I end up buying the DVDs.

Hello Geoff,
When I want to read a long PDF file I interact wit the test area and then press
command+a to select all the text and then use the services option of preview to
move the selected text into a new textedit window. I then save the textedit
document as an RTF file which is then easy to
Hi Sarah and Ian,
I thought there were considerably more audio described movies in the UK iTunes
Store than in the US, where there are only a few or maybe one right now. Try
doing a search of movies with the term "dvs". (In the US iTunes store, only
"Up" will appear in a version for blind view
Oh is that the only movie that has DVS? I'm just curious.
Take care all.

Use mpeg stream clip to save them as something. I use a batch convertion to do
that. I save them as aif and then use amadeus to convert them to mp3.
Take care.

How can I get audio from .m4v files I have that includes audio description?
Have a few DVDs ripped with audio description included, but I can't seem to get
that track to export along with the main movie if I use QuickTime to Export as
audio. Anyone know how I can do this?
Yes, I know I can ju
You can get the movie "Up" from the iTunes store for $14.99
Just put Up in the search field and you'll see two versions.

go to the lcd section and hit show next view until you get to the name of the
track view. then go to current song button and hit it and you will be placed
there. I've used this many times on a 70 track playlist while I'm on air.
Take care,

Hello all.
First of all, I must stress I live in the UK. So UK availability would
be of importance.
Now onto the question.
Does anyone have any recommendations regarding a sound dock for an
iPhone 3GS? It must also charge the phone as well.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
