I am pleased to say that drop box 2.11.28 fixed the problem that the context
menu items to copy the link to a file in dropbox/public was missing in Yosemite
with earlier releases of dropbox. Dropbox 2.11.28 is a beta release but if you
google it you can find a link to download it.

You can get exactly the same headline information on the Mac as you can in
Windows.
Just go to the menu extras bar and dropbox will tell you what it is doing. I
have just done this on my Mac and below paste the last phrase spoken by
Voiceover to the pasteboard

Hello all. i have tried everything i have learned to read the status of drop
box on the extras menu. I can do the thing with control and f8 but when i do
that it does not show the drop box menu. I have even hit vo plus command f5 to
bring focus to it. Is there anything I am missing? Thanks
I normally do vo m twice and vo left or right arrow to the dropbox thing to

uncompressed audio file though, it may start playing instead. There was a

Why when it just remains open and you don't really need to close it. In fact I
have it starting up at start up. but if you want to close it go to the activity
monitor under utilities and find dropbox and hit option cmd q to quit.

Don't know about sharing but you can back up any kind of file on carbonite
and I used carbonite for years and never lost a file. I guess you can if you
don't know what you are doing. But it is pretty simple to use as a backup

described here. Highlight the file in your /Applications folder and bring up
its context menu. Show the package contents, and navigate to the Macos folder.
