If your connection to the internet is via dial-up, safari isn't the program you
should be using to fix connection issues.
You need to get into network options, and configure from there (though I've
never done a dial-up connection on OSX, so can't help with the specifics at

You can f
ile for you w/o any trouble.
Simply set it up to hijack safari audio, press record, then switch to safari,
and begin playing the file. I'm not sure if osx downloads the files before
playing them or not. A lot of stuff these days is done via streaming, so the
file may never exist on your h
Actually it might not be. it's just temprarely cached someware and probably in
pieces or it's just a straight buffer meaning no cache.

I'm a bit confused actually. In a previous conversation someone said
they liked to add articles from Vienna to "Safari Reader". So I
carried on using that phrase. Now I notice Vienna actually calls that
option "add to Safari reading list". So now looking a

The Reader with Command shift R is a brilliant feature where Safari will
strip aloud all the extraneous links etc. and simply read the important
contents of say a news article to you.

The safari reader actually stripps out the adds and junk on the page to make
it easier to, well, read. I have never relyed on the off line safari reader as
I have had articles disappear on me even on my ios device where they are
