Actually, tha'ts' normal. when you eject a dmg via the finder it remains in the disk utility for some unknown reason. What I do is just cmd e on the thing in diskutility or failing that I try and hit delete. this has been an issue since I believe the snow kiddy, how ever I was fairly new to

I've got a regular polli-carbon macbook, and though I do have the issue, yes, it's nowhere near as severe. But then again, that's the mac I use for my audio production, and there really isn't a whole lot on it aside ProTools, and maybe a few other audio RTass plugins like Ivery, Piano Tech 4
