How to disable Google+'s direct email option
Google has recently implemented a scheme whereby you can be emailed by anyone
via your Google+ account. This is an option that’s enabled by default. If you’d
prefer that people know your tried-and-true email account rather than more

I have had two monitors attached to my Mac for years. First to my MacBook Pro
circa 2007 and now to my iMac circa 2013. And I think I had two monitors on an
earlier machine, too.
The second monitor works flawlessly to extend my desktop.

Under all versions of the OS until Mavericks the monitors were configured with
one control monitor with your header icons and control of the Mac all done from
that monitor. Now when you move the curser to the second or third monitor all
the controls move with you so you aren't going back

As I pointed out earlier, some of the issues were fixed by the update, but it
still doesn't work right. Deleted messages regularly reappear and read messages
aren't always flagged as read.
