Every time I open Mail on my Macbook Pro 2012 model running Mavericks the view,
sort by submenu is always reset to oldest message on top. I can go in and
change this to newest message on top and all is fine. But when I re-open Mail
it reverts back to sorting by oldest message on top. Any ideas?

figure out how to make Mail tell me Unread as the first column. I tried drag
and drop with the mouse and the keyboard and it just don't work for me. Sure,
