Yeah as Matt said there's no way to use the new Siri voices on the Mac. Although I'm really looking forward to WWDC on June 4. Hopefully one of the new features of the next macOS whether it be 10.14 or the rumored macOS XI will be that we can use them system wide, not just with Voiceover.
