Hi, Maurice: VoiceOver won't speak your Linux in a vm. For that you'll want either good old Speakup or the newer Fenrir. Beyond that it's really a question of where you'll be most comfortable. Lots of blind folks are using both thos distributions. If it matters I can tell you I'm not very good
