I have a 2nd gen Apple TV. I cannot get audio description to activate. I tried
pressing and holding select while a show is playing, and none of the language
options appear, or if they appear, VO won’t read them. I’ve tried signing back
out and in to Netflix again. My Apple TV rebooted

yesterday. Today under anything in my music I am getting a No content found

updating via wifi.

Yes, the Apple “Remote” app can control Apple TV and iTunes on your computer.
The Apple TV portion is a bit strange, but I believe the keyboard will pop up
when you nee it. You can also yuse the remote app to pick the next item to play.

from a link in email.
I got as far as getting to the web page but could not figure out how
to play the video. I am pretty sure some of this showed up on Apple TV
but by the time I got Audio Ducking on, and Voiceover
thus giving you that audio

the Apple TV to the stereo with the HDMI cable then use a second HDMI to go

And why use Apple TV if one can play content with iTunes from an iOS
device or a Mac? Just trying to justify getting an Apple TV.

this is one thing I’ve never been able to understand. As far as I know,
everything that an apple TV offers can be done on the mac with iTunes.
Moreover, netflics, Hulu and other apps apple tv offers is very accessible and
works well on IOS devices. This is why I don’t personally own
/PealTheApple

I am thinking about this as an option for next year. I have a pile
of DVDs.
