And if you import those 10 thousand recipes can you share that database with others? I use MacGourmet and that is a feature that I like, it is easy to share recipes. I have not tried paprika although maybe I should give it a shot. I just like the iTunes-like interface that MacGourmet has.

I don't have the Mac app, but on iOS I copy the URL of the recipe to the clipboard. When I open Paprika, it sees the Url and asks if I want to try to save the recipe at that URL. I say yes, the page loads in the in-app browser, and I hit the save recipe button. I believe the Mac app works

I've been using mac gourmet for about 5 years and it has undergone a lot of changes. I really like it. It is an iTunes-like interface and they have clipping capabilities from lots of sites, and if you buy the full version you get menu planing, meal planning, nutrition info. Just from reading
