Yes, this is one way from the windows side but, you can also press the option
key at start up, as soon as you here the chime. This will bring you into the
boot menu. Pressing the right arrow once, and pressing enter should boot you
into windows.

Also, the Refit boot manager lets me press m for mac or w for windows, which is
easier than arrowing. You can also set a default OS I believe.

Command+1 will open the inbox.
command +2 will open the sent window
and command +4 will open the drafts.
