Hi had an issue with missing email from them to me.
There are a lot of reasons that ESPs will stop customers from being able to
mail recipients - recipients who complain, and addresses that bounce, etc. It’s
possible that it was a global domain block but those are typically rare. The
other possibility is that the recipient gave the sender a bad
Paddle needs to make the licenses available for download not just by email.
This is a prime example of why.
