Perhaps some forums can email posts to members
I know discourse (which is pretty popular nowadays) has a mailing list
mode. Which could be nice if you have both users who prefer forums and
users who prefer mailing lists.

I believe they meant users changing their mx for an existing domain, when moving
to fastmail for example. Not necessarily a new domain, though I guess they can't
really differentiate those technically. So the policy would also apply to new
domains. Not entirely sure that this is the solution, but
in mind. We can safely

a fraudulent "seller" created an invoice with your email as the customer.
So not really an email authentication issue, more of a platform issue.

I've been building an email client and actually do fetch avatars and logos to be
displayed next to emails. I find it helps me visually identify emails easier,
it's a lot less taxing on the brain than reading sender names or addresses. Of

Indicators can easily float about halfway outside the avatar shape. It would be
possible to approach something that looks a bit like it in the logo, but never
completely. Then there is the fact that this will differ per platform, you can
never make it look like all of them.

Yup! Blue mail for example is cross-platform, so they had to implement cloud
notifications anyway. Might as well use it on android and avoid negative reviews

Anecdotally: Any legal mail I've received just notifies me of a URL I need to
click. Upon clicking that URL, the sender is notified I've opened the document.
If I never open the document they can assume it has never arrived (or I have
