Has anyone used scheduling software to schedule their docents/front
desk/customer service staff? Which products do you like?
Thanks,
Matt

In relation to this topic, can anyone recommend a good scheduling software to
plan exhibitions? We've just been making up our own calendars on Word and
Outlook and its getting too complicated.
Thanks,
Robin

We use Artifax, which was customized for us for school tours. We do not
charge for school tours, so there is no payments and receipts, but I

There are some demos of intranet/internet CMS (Content Management Systems)
at http://www.opensourcecms.com. All systems are integrable into
institutional intranet, highly customisable, fully documented (Open
Source) and free... Maybe something could be useful for your needs.
