Title: Message Jeff, Both types will suit. The Noltec ones give around 2 degrees neg adjustment andthe "SERIOUS"ones give a 4.5 degreerange of camber adjustment. The Noltec ones usually get sold for street applications and SERIOUS type for club/circuit cars. Hope this helps. Cheers Feral
