I rebuilt one using the old parts.. All you really need is the nut which has the groove in it to fit the long metal bracket, and the bracket itself in at least good enough condition to hammer straight. I threaded the nut 1/4-20 and got a long 1/4-20 bolt from the hardware store. A little

For future reference, the modulator is on the right side of the transmission, just behind the bellhousing. The vacuum line is attached there, but it is a lot easier to detach the line under the hood for testing. You just have to find the line that goes to the right side of the car and down
