FYI for anyone who might be interested:
Rock Auto has a wholesale buyout on Trico wiper blades. I bought their top end
"Neo" blades for all of my cars with the exception of the S500 (it still has
the stock wiper arms, thank goodness!) and only spent $21.00.

For the 124 at least, I find the stock blade and Rusty insert to be vastly
superior to the Bosch blade that FLAPS will try to sell you.

Rusty sells inserts; well, did several months ago, anyway, when last I

Rain-x is a synthetic hydrophobic that is applied to glass surfaces to allow

Just as you see water bead and run off a freshly waxed painted surface, Rain-x

Maybe the arm not on the shaft in the right position, or the arm

makes me wonder; did they tilt the windshield wiper motors further
back at the same angle to match?

For all my cars, I use Mercedes original inserts. They're really
excellent, even on cars with two wipers like the W126. Of course, you need
the original blades to use them, which are much higher quality than the
parts store ones (even bosch). The only exception is the W123... last time

Ah, a subject that is near and dear to my heart. A wiper-blade thread

For normal cars I like Tricos. Their refills work better with their
