Replaced the rear brakes on my '84 190D today, took about 2 hours start to finish which isn't bad. I did the whole deal, rotors, calipers, pads. Easier than on a 123 I think although rears are always easier than fronts. The driver's side outer piston had seized and the rotor had rusted badly.
