I had my master cylinder replaced and the tech said that some brake fluid had migrated into the brake booster. He says he removed (siphoned) almost all of the fluid, but when driving the car with the new master cylinder installed the brake pedal travels more than normal and feels "squishy",

What is a good product to use to seal up some small pin holes/cuts in the tin roof of my barn?  I am thinking some sort of think tar like roof sealant or something.  I also need to seal up some leaks around the heater vents in the shop so maybe the same product would work for both?
