New subframe mounts. New Bilsteins will help some. I still remember the change new Bilsteins made in my 200D years ago. On 110/111 I could tell by driving them if they had Bilsteins or junk (anything else) The gas pressure in the shock does exert upward pressure on each mounting point. At

My experience with several W126s has been that you can replace the shocks sub frame and diff monuts all you want and you'll only add a few mm to the ride height. If she is really ridin low in the rear look to springs pads or the spings themselves. A quicker cheaper but not so elegant way of
