My experience with several W126s has been that you can replace the shocks sub frame and diff monuts all you want and you'll only add a few mm to the ride height. If she is really ridin low in the rear look to springs pads or the spings themselves. A quicker cheaper but not so elegant way of dealing with it is to go to the local speed shop and get a mrgasket spring rubber for about $12.00. Cut it in half jack up the back and slap them in. Some times a little dish liquid helps. As a side note If you get the ride height right but the wheels still lean in, it could be a damaged lower control arm. I've had two that defied detection by inspection but were definitely out of shape yeilding bad rear camber.
