John, you actually have two batteries and the one on my 05 CDI which services the accessories went out at 50K and 4 years, still under warranty. I too, love my 05 E320 CDI and have never had a better car. Just had to replace the glow plugs last month and that is it. John On Thu, Dec 10, 2009

That word quality has too many definitions to be meaningful. So I don't blame MBZ for not talking about it. To some people, quality describes how many defects a new example includes. To other people (most of us) it describes how durable a particular model is. And still to other people quality
