Regarding the discussion about Remote-controlled Meteorite-Recovery over sand dunes - again, the technology exists, but the cost is still keeping it impractical. But there's a bigger problem. Here in SoCal the more promising sand dunes are those that are Off-Limits to off-road vehicle traffic.
