There is probably a reason for this. I have seen sellers listing multiple items using Buy It Now for, say, $.99 .. and then charging $50 for shipping. That way the final value fees for the seller are greatly reduced. So, I guess eBay got fed up with these loop-hole tactics, as if eBay/Paypal
