You can certainly perform hard reset but in this case also you'll lose all
your data...
To do hard reset, switch off your phone completely and press green button,
numeric 3 along with star key, while holding down these three together,
switch on your phone and it'll get formatted!

Try BSH Call logs, it's quite simple and you can view your logs category vise

Satguru, If you were trying to answer the query I'd posed on different thread,
then let me tell you that I did not mean dialing the number from which the
message originates, rather, what I meant, if the message body contains any
number, one should be able to dial that too.
