Of course I am not a lawyer, but this strikes me as the most frivolous of lawsuits. The guy gave you a damaged S2 recreation to back, then submitted it to an auction as an original (either before or after an unnamed other restorer or amateur added fake extras to make it further match the original)

In the continuing effort to get to the truth about this poster - I noticed, the other day, when I was able to look at a photo of the Profiles poster, and zoom in to the lower , right corner, I saw that the text, Morgan Litho Co. was there. We did not add that text to the poster in my shop.
