UPDATE: The problem was that I was working with an older version of
tpsUtil, I think. Or possibly an error in the original download. After
re-downloading the software to the newer version my files now open without
error. Thanks all for your advice

Please send me a copy of the tps file you are having a problem with (I do not
need all of the images). Should be an easy fix but I would like to check your
file to be sure.

I had de same problem in times several. If I remember correctly the
problem comes out when some comma is in the scale number or something
like that.
