Nobody can get it except selected council members and a few staff folks. The new regime is just like the old regime, they don't believe in full facilitation of information. I've talked to several council members who can't get it either. So I guess you'll just have to get in line with the rest of us

public art? For some it's to challenge, for others to educate, for some
it's entertainment, and others have different expectations.
