Rights Department. My understanding is that the only public cost of the

Tim Penny will be far the best for Minneapolis, St Paul, Bloomington, Duluth,
Owatonna, Ely and all the countryside and the towns as well, because he is
an experienced, intelligent person, is well thought out on every issue, and

Minneapolis has a plan for increasing the number of bicycle lanes throughout
the City but not on all streets. Unfortunately, I could not find a copy of
the bicycle plan on the City's web site. All I found was an old survey form,
used a year or two ago to obtain additional information before the
Finance and Commerce also has another article about how much more affordable
housing is in the Twin Cities Visa/Vi the rest of the country. The
affordable housing crisis is over. It's time to spend our precious
resources on other truly needy issues. Crime, ESL, labor training, etc.

a tight one this year. We have four major party candidates, and three of
those candidates are running statistical dead heats. Minneapolis has been
