I used to be able to do this, but now MLO force-closes every time I try to
drag an Outlook email or calendar item into a task to create a subtask. Is
anyone else having this issue?!

As a side note the Android app suffers a lot from this problem (too many
clicks to complete things).
As an example, when I'm using Inbox (Google's email app) I can delay tasks
with two clicks:
1. slide the item to the side
2. select the desired time.
In MLO I'm using *Start Date* to
I think it's always cost & benefits analysis. If it's possible to replicate
a specific piece of functionality using current functions, then perhaps
it's not worth developing.
As every new feature will cost time & money to developers.

Hi
For me to "Hide subtasks of suspended or not started projects on Active
actions"
I will just check "Hide the branch in To-Do" for the whole project.

I do something similar to what Michael does as well :)
Your 'variable task' feature reminds me of a feature I suggested on my
application to 'beta team', namely "*Workflows*".
You can implement a workflow-like setup by using combinations of "do tasks
in order" and repeatability, and while it
Hey guys,
I'd like to use some kind of project templates for projects that have
always the same structure (=processes).
There are two possible approaches that I know of:
A) Keep my templates saved in a text file somewhere and paste it with the
rapid task entry dialog. The template would have
I'd suggest some cloud solution, such as "Google Keep" or "Google Doc"
where you store all your software key.
You can also create a text file and store it on "Google Drive".
You can also create a special label for emails that you need as a
"reference", e.g. software codes, address information
Steph - Thanks for the response. I somehow got it turned into a view
group? I'm not even sure what that is, but when I got that turned off, it
exported and imported for me.

Hello :)
You do that by setting reminders (in desktop), clicking on 'Alerts', and
then you can set Alert action the way you want :)

Hello,
I just started to use MLO today. So far so good and I am enjoying it.
But when I create a task in *Projects* view... for example:

Agreed, I think custom-field is the best way to go forward.
