server: Linux box with MythTV.

Since I didn't recognize all the abbreviated channel IDs, I just set
myself up initially for all channels that I receive when I signed up
with zap2it. I've now gone through and identified about two dozen
channels that don't interest me and have removed them from my zap2it
lineup.

The extractthumbnail.sh script is what transcode is called
from, and it segmentation faults and gives a broken pipe error.

I actually use the suspend to ACPI ram all the time on my laptop (dell
inspiron 8500). I did have some pretty heavy problems trying to get it
running on my mythfrontend though. There the problem was mainly in getting
the motherboard to respect a USB wake-up event (crappy cheap MB).

The PVR-350 can do output via X and handle the decoding of video all
through the same port. Can be a bit tricky to setup but Jarod Wilson

There is no magic. That post was very misleading. Cards must be
configured locally. You must add the slave card by running
mythtv-setup on the slave
I ripped a couple of DVDs but I find that when I try to play them

I just lost a ton of recorded programs on a disk. Now I have a lot of
things in the Recordings menu, and they won't delete. Anyway to mass
remove everything, or am I better off just dumping the database
completely and re-starting from scratch?
