I'll look at a wiring diagram and get back to you but it has to be
something that those various circuits have in common. Have you cleaned your
ground points?

And the fuel gauge is probably the contacts in the unit in the tank. Kind of
like my mother' auto harp from the 80's. Copper contacts that need to be
cleaned. Easy enough to fix

Tommy, the second fuse which should be a 10A controls the black/brown
circuit, this just happens to supply +12V for the Neutral light, tach, gear
indicator, and fuel gauge. you must have knocked it loose or something when
you replaced the headlight fuse next to it.

One thing. I totally overlooked the idea that any bike could just be
responding to normal wake vortex action at high speeds.
(Like what makes the wind curl a flag trailing the flagpole; they don't
just stick out straight because of the wake vortex behind a cylinder.)
