Hi Kevin, I have the same problem. The error I receive is: [2000] ERROR The product which you are using is not enabled. Please call customer service at 1.800.933.6262 for assistance. I have called B if A at least 5 times over the past few months and they always assure me that the "switch is on"

At Kevin's suggestion, I called BofA and the CSR was able to "activate" the feature in my account. They said it would take 24 hours but a few hours after the call, I gave it another shot in MoneyWell and it worked! Now back to learning to use the app... Thanks Kevin! On Dec 10, 6:07 pm, Kevin H
