Thanks for pointing that out.
Sorry for the confusion.
I've redeployed the documentation and website. I removed the downloads page
and pointed the release to the staging repo atm. I'll be redeploying them
again with the changes after 1.4.0-incubating will be officially released.

Hi All,
+1 for 1.4.0-incubating
I've deployed the latest documentation containing the updated groupIds for
the plugins.
I also created an issue with regards to packaging of the sources

+1, I was able to successfully install NPanday using the vsinstaller plugin
and was able to build a simple project. Also verified the checksums and
signatures.
There's still the problem with getting the .bz2 sources though, I think it's
the same problem encountered in the previous release (bug was

The license and notices look good to me.

After some googling, I got past it by running it from an elevated

I've checked that the distributions look ok. I'll test the build / execution of

Although I'd like to note that there is a build failure on building wpf
projects missing error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Automation' does
not exist in the namespace 'System.Windows' (are you missing an assembly
reference?)
I think this could be a potential blocker since this
I think it's nice to give the community a head start before opening
the vote to incubator-general@. It does mean a longer voting period,
but that's probably fine for now. Has someone checked the
license/notice/signature type things already? -Wendy

Maybe we should do that now (or at the start in future)? IT would allow for

I think this vote is an internal one BEFORE sending a official vote
request to general@incubator...
So we are aware, that this vote isn't yet enough for releasing
1.4.0-incubating.

Hi
One of the comments during the last release attempt was that the vote
mail should be sent to both npanday-dev@ *and* general@incubator.a.o.
Can you please forward the vote mail to gene...@incubator.apache.org as
well.
Thanks

I had the previous codeplex version installed, but there was no VS2010
support, so I never got to play with it properly.

It didn't even install NPanday, since the installer proceeded to roll
back after that error.
