These don't work though... It appears that a decimal will work with a dimension (like
em) but not with small. \blank[0.5*small] causes this "fatal error":
["lasttexerror"]="! Illegal unit of measure (pt inserted)",
The number before the asterisk is a multiplier to repeat the value n times.
I had tried em then pt, then mm. But it won't get any smaller than small = 3mm
= 10pt = 0.9em = small. Except packed, that is...
Surely there is something in between small and packed??
The value for small is font dependent which results with the default
font and size. When you check the value you can see it is slightly
smaller than 1mm which means when you use \blank[1mm] your manual
setting is too large.

I looked at the Command/blank page multiple times and searched the wiki and the
web in every way I could think of. I only ask the list when I absolutely can't

To prevent having http:// (or similar protocols) with one slash ending
one line and other beginning the next one, I have to use the commented
directive.
But the directive only works if \setuphypenatedafter (or before) doesn’t
contain the slide between its characters.
The sample above shows, how not setting \setuphyphenatedurlafter{/}, may
start the line with "/,"
Would it be possible that both options were available: packed slashes
and hyphenation after (or before) the slash, both in urls?

remove the final /p from the path.
How can I associate the each XML list to its right ConTeXt code?

[NTG-context] packed itemize and beforehead
Following construction does not work for me.
\setupitemize[each][packed][beforehead={}]
Is there any possibility to suppress the vertical space around \head in
packed itemize?

Hallo all!
The following lines demonstrates my problem:

\stoptext
In my mind, the first line should be the shortest (no
additional spacing).
The length of the second line must be longer (additional
spacing after the second sentence).
The length of the third line must be longer than that of the
second line (additional spacing between every sentence).
And the fourth line must be shorter than the third line
(same length as the first line).
If I run texexec over this, the last three line are longer
than the first line AND they have the same lengths.
What have I not understand -- or is it a known problem or a
bug?

I don't understand where the second space should be come
from.
I use the empty group {} always to separate optionless
commands.
I think it is the same whether I write:
. . or
xxxy.{} . or
.
. or
.{}
.
If I use
.\space or .\space{}
the first \space produce NO space (that is not what I wish)
I suppose, that the empty group has no effect.
The following space will be printed and THIS space should be
smaller in an broad-environment if I use \nospace or larger
in an packed-environment if I use \space.

[NTG-context] \setupitemize[packed,paragraph]
Why does \setupitemize[packed,paragraph] ignore the packed option? Another way would probably be to say \setupitemize[packed,joinedup], but I would only like some additional space after the itemization and none before. \setupitemize[joinedup] produces the same result as \setupitemize[packed,joinedup], which I also don't really understand. Is there a way to specify how packed two items are? There is a packed and unpacked option, but when I'm working with huge fonts (on slides for example), it would be nice to be able to specify some fraction of how well packed two succesive items are.
