Just as an FYI for anyone still hoping to see the MEGU in Brooklyn, I have
looked at photos from the report from today and it was not the Mew Gull. I have
put in many hours looking for the bird over the last 2-3 weeks and as of now
the last definite sighting was on March 13 by Daniel Frazer.

This is my first sighting of the bird since February 1.
As it has done before, after 5 minutes it took off toward the north over the
Belt and then dropped down out of sight.
