Hi folks,
There has been some confusion over the new naming convention of the URL for the
sonar cloud portal in the community.
Old url: https://sonar.onap.org/projects
New url: https://sonarcloud.io/organizations/onap/projects
Most ONAP resources have the following naming convention .onap.org
All,
Recently, we noted an abrupt drop in Sonar coverage on one of our CCSDK
repositories, which is mostly Python based. There had been no code changes in
about a month that would explain the drop.
Thanks to LF IT and Sonar support, we found that the problem was caused by

Dear ONAP team,
Daniel from my team did a little bit of research on the story behind Code
Coverage VS Line Coverage in Sonar. Please check out his explanation and
let me know if the teams would like to do any future adjustments. Of
course, always TSC pre-approved ;)
Thanks!

Suggestion to contributors:
- how about grouping contributions together to make reasonably-sized chunks,
e.g. one JIRA/commit per git repo? You can get lots of "statistics" by using
many individual JIRA cases and gerrit commits, but that game doesn't work if
they don't get accepted...

Dear ONAP team,
Sonar has now been configured to ignore Java Script files.
This will be reflected in any new report's coverage as of today.
Please use "run-sonar" comment in Gerrit if you would like to trigger
a new report.
Please let me know for any questions too!

Hi Jessica,
Would you recommend any specific project that already has this configuration

Sonar has now been upgraded to scan python code.
I have tested it with few projects and it seems to be running the scans and

Hi Helpdesk,
The way ONAP projects are currently named in Sonar are actually messy and not
consistent at https://sonar.onap.org/.
Do you have any recommendation to make this more user friendly. I would like to
see them grouped by ONAP project.
I kind of like what VFC has done as it provides the

I had a look at http://sonar.onap.org. It only shows 26 projects in the

are only a subset.
I'm interested in the sdnc projects. Looks like they are not included.
Thanks!
