I recently added the BCC to the template to the 3 day notice.
I think something is wrong on their end, but am wanting to make sure I try
verify all is ok on my end also.

Because of your responses we have been able to fix the problem.
They found the culprit, it was an extra line in our 3-day-notice configuration
that would prevent emails being sent to some ISPs.
Hope this helps fix others that have this problem.

I am at a loss why the data is not printing, but everything else is ok.
It is only on this receipt everything else printing on receipts is ok.

when I try and print with the web version it just keeps printing.
We are using all Start TSP 847 printers.
I have never used Hatch and don't know what to do to set it up to test.
