We'll keep it short, just 3 hours from 14:00-17:00 UTC. Please plan

It has come to my attention that the deadline to have Glance-related
specs merged for Pike is in the middle of religious
holidays/institutional holidays in the EU. Hence, the spec freeze is
extended to 23:59 UTC on Wednesday 19 April 2017.
