[opensuse] YaST Hardware graphics card & Monitor fails to start up

I always do a fresh install and then from a backup bring my user stuff back. However, this time on my laptop, I decided to try the upgrade choice for the first time with 10.3. I like 10.3 and have no complaints except I lost my notes on how to fix a previous problem I had. Namely: YaST->Hardware-
