have to compete hard on rate to have a chance.
You have to work as a ltd company - does not cost much to set up , or use an

problems occur if you use first_rows and all_rows in init.ora. Something to

Lots of them ask for very specific skills.

When installing new Oracle products, it is not unusual for that
product to install it's own sqlnet.ora and tnsnames.ora.
These will of course be incorrect.
As Cherie said, you may want to just try setting TNS_ADMIN, or
you can make sure the files are in sync.
