I had a look
Hank,
When you've finished recording a track in reaper, the highlight is at
the end. So you press either, control-home, or home on its
own. Then the file will play from the start.
Just off out, so hope this helps.

I keep hearing how good reaper is. I drug my feet last year at tax time on
buying
it to send in their emails
to the podcast.

Audacity is probably the best because of the strong support from blind
users.
Have a look at-

Reaper with Reaccess is a possibility but quite flaky.
If you have the patience of Jobe and the willingness to endure a long,
Using reaper be sure to use the rae pluggins.
Whether audacity or reaper is the better, I wouldn't comment.
either program has strong screen reader support.
I do like reaper though.

This reminds me. Sonar I've read can do multi channel too. Has any one done
it? Is it 5.1 or 7.1? The reason I ask is because Yeah, sound forge pro can
do 7.1 surround sound,
But you have to record it live with it or import a file that is7.1 or 5.1
already. Thing is, weeling out a desk top and
I tried reaper a while back and gave up on it I couldn't figure out how
to get stuff to play?
also I thought the reaper screen reader plugin was no loonger being
developed?

Is anyone also using multiquence? It's produced by Chris who provides
GoldWave. I have a demo copy here but haven't taken the time to figure it

Hank,
There is a keytstroke needed so that the data you want to play after
recording is available. Dan't recall what it is just now, but it works fine.
Maybe REA access is no un der developement, but as at the last
release of reaper i believe that it worked pretty good.
One of the
