Hi, I have been using the gold wave demo for some time now. I figured out how to trim space at beginning and end of tracks and how to automatically split files. However, even though I can still make a recording, I cant seem to split files any more. I thought it may have been that I've reached

What I did was in the file menu, go to copy to audio cd. Then I explored my options and was able to accomplish what I wanted, using Windows Media. That doesn't resolve my original problem with Creator Classic, but works. If anyone wants to give me any further instructions, feel free to do so. I

Robert, RockBox does not work with the current crop of Archos units, including the Gmini and all of the AV series. Unfortunately, the units that can run the RockBox firmware are no longer made, or sold in any retail establishments that I have seen so far. I even tried finding them on Amazon,

Hi. If text files are converted to MP3s by a program like Text Aloud or Kurzweil/Openbook, then the Archos will play them as standard MP3 files. If you're asking whether you can transfer standard ASCII text files to the archos and have Rockbox convert them to MP3, you can't, unfortunately.
