I bought a very nice Fujica ST 901 last year. A very nice, advanced
camera for pentax screw mount.
It has features years ahead of Pentax' most advanced M42-- the ES II.
But, it requires lenses with a special coupler arm on the mounting plate
to take advantage of its open aperture metering.
I have always read that the F100 did have considerable weather sealing.
So I guess they did use the N80.
I know that a huge problem with interchangeable lens digital cameras is
the sensor being exposed when the lens comes off. (Sigma actually stuck

Yes, this is very true. There are procedures for cleaning these but they are
fairly delicate operations. Akin to cleaning dust off of an SLR mirror.
The difference is that you can ignore the dust on an SLR mirror but you
can't ignore the dust on a CCD. For long, anyway.

and a careful sit-down cleaning about once a year or whenever the heck I feel

Just got back the 4x6's from Saturday's band competition shooting Fuji Press
1600. I'm very pleased with the results. I was using MZ-S/AF360FGZ/Tamron
75-300 on a monopod. Shot at 1/30 with lens open wide and let the flash
take care of the exposure since I didn't want the background totally
