The shots on Route 64 & the river led me to do a bit of research. I
eventually discovered that the town, Savanna, is named after the Savanna
Oak
(now endangered) & not the rolling grasslands so familiar in my part of the
world. Thanks for widening my horizon.

Well, today was a disappointment photographically speaking. Instead of
the predicted "isolated" supercells we got a huge convective mess that
was basically a moving hurricane of high precipitation monsters all
melding into one. The only people who saw tornadoes today were those
with armored vehicle
Seems all my mail *& replies are being blocked as SPAM. Any ideas?

The railroads in the US went to deisels in the late 40's to the early 50's.
It was an efficency move. Steam was in operating condition 50% of the time.
Deisel was more like 95% of the time.
Management went for Deisel in a big way, saving on maintenance.
Other issues were not so apparent.

Having a bit of a problem here. Last few days, trying to edit a LR4
edit in PSEL9 the file will not load. I use El to do spot healing and
then return to LR. Have i toggled something on or off by accident
maybe???

Very well preserved stuff. If you get that lot at a small show, the big
shows must be quite something. I like the MGA (can't see if it is a
twin-cam) & the MG TD which is unfortunately spoiled a bit by those
non-original wheels.
